Effective July 1, 2021, NUTEC Inc., of Huntersville, NC has acquired the assets of Protective Concepts, Inc., of Cypress, TX.
The new company, NUTEC Protective Concepts, LLC, will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NUTEC Inc.
NUTEC is a manufacturer of high-temperature insulation and fire protection products with plants in the US, Mexico, Spain, and Brazil.
NUTEC Protective Concepts produces fire protection products, primarily fire-tested and certified removable blankets, for applications in the oil & gas industries, both onshore and offshore.
We offer ProSol removable insulation jackets, certified for both Hydrocarbon Pool and Jet Fire scenarios for up to 180 minutes. Additionally, NPC has certifications for Overpressure Blast up to 1.4 bar.
